Lamb At Wedgwood

back from scotland! sorry i've been incommunicado for the past few days and unfortunately for the blog, i'll be out of town again for another week. but i do want to serve you a post on one meal before i go. this was my main course from the wedgwood restaurant in edinburgh, scotland. (our table was number three of seven on this page) we went to this exceedingly nice restaurant for chet's 21st birthday. the food was abso-fruitly first rate in every way. this lamb was cooked to perfection, about medium or medium rare so it was red on the inside but still warm. it had just the right texture and the spices which coated the top complimented while contrasting the flavor of the meat beautifully. the sause on the side was also very delicious so even though i'm not a huge fan of dipping my meat in sause normally, i was soaking this up as much as i could. i'm not a huge fan of sweet potatoes so i didn't like that. my next entry will be about the dessert, very sticky toffee pudding. 10/10 (one of the mest meals i've had in my life!)
